In the evening, Boulettes Larder is a private restaurant where the cuisine and ambiance reflect the chef's aesthetic and long established relationships with local farmers, herders and fishermen. Dining at Boulettes Larder is a singular experience. At this time, we are not able to do offsite catering.
An intimate and elegant table(s) for as many as 24 guests is set with crystal stemware, silver table service, handmade Belgian linens, floral arrangements from Bomarzo, and candlelight. There is a natural grace to both the service and cooking with our guests seated right in our elegant kitchen.
The menus are best if left to the insightful and expert design of the chef, Amaryll Schwertner. Each evening is individually shaped, and each has a unique menu representing the ingredients the farmers make available to us that day. Other considerations shaping the evening's menus are the wines our guests bring, dietary concerns, the tone of the group - business, celebratory, salon, and so on - and importantly, our seasonal hunger and a well-referenced response to the spectacular raw ingredients by which the cuisine of Boulettes Larder (day and night) is inspired by.

Guests are welcome to arrange live entertainment or a seminar by pre-arrangement, bring CDs or an iPod for music, or a DVD for screening. There is a $50 set-up fee for screenings.
The dining room/kitchen of boulettes larder faces the elegant Bay Bridge on the east side (near the south corner) of the Ferry Building Marketplace. There is no parking on the plaza; you may drop off guests at our door before parking your vehicle for the evening. Hosted or non-hosted valet parking is available with advance notice at Sinbad's. Pier II is available for self-parking at the north end of the Ferry Building. Our head server can arrange for taxi service upon request.
